What is your MOQ?
We have both digital and gravure print production capacity. By digital print, MOQ is flexible, even lower than 200 pcs. By gravure print, machines run fast, MOQ is 5,000 pcs.

We provide different kinds of products, for example flat bag, stand up pouch, flat bottom bag, back sealed bag and so on.

Our products are mainly used to pack all kinds of snack, cofffee, protein powder, candy, skin care products, pet food, CBD and so on.

Do you offer samples? What is cost?
Yes, we could provide sample bags in stock for free, and customers will cover freight fee only.
May I have customized sample?
Sure, we offer customized sample bag service. Price depends on size, material and so on, please contact our sales team for details.
How could I get my bag customized?
Received design files--our designer work out proofs--customers confirm all details and approve for production--our team will keep you posted on production processes. One-to-one sales person can ensure your customization.
How will you ensure product quality?
During production, workers on production line have 100% inspection. Moreover, before shipping out, our QC dept. will do random inspection.
Customized Design
Do you offer customized design service?
Yes, we have professional design team, and customized design service is available.
What format of design files are workable for you?
Adobe illustrator outline files are best for us(in CMYK color mode). If not, pdf or psd are ok, please share with our designer for check. And if design template necessary, we could provide free of charge.
What is your customized design service process?
Please send high resolution images, logo and text, and tell us your preference on typesetting. If everything is new, you could share rough ideas and then our designer will work out draft for your check.
Payment
What payment methods can I use?
Alibaba assurance order or bank wire transfer(T/T).
What is your payment term?
50% of bag and all plate fee as deposit payment, balance and shipping cost should be paid after production done.
What currency do you take?
We take US dollar only.
Shipping
How do you send bags to me? By air? By sea?
Air and sea shipping are both available. By air, we will send by DHL/UPS/FEDEX.
How long will you dispatch cargo after production done?
After balance payment confirmed, we will ship out bags in 1-2 working days and keep you posted.
